Great coffee and pastries! Wonderful staff, it was my first time there and she was very patient with me and explained the menu to me. Will definitely be back to support them, I love that they are an in-house, made from scratch and locally sourced!

First, the coffee is good. Very good. But their Cinnamon Knots! Another level!!! I also really like their pop tarts and ham and cheese kolaches. Their bakery items are amazing! A must stop.

I recently visited this coffee shop for the first time and had the pleasure of trying their cold coffee with an infused orange flavor. It was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a refreshing and flavorful coffee experience.

If you’re over the overly sweet Torani syrups in most coffee shops, this place is for you. Everything is made from scratch and the attention to detail is top tier. I get excited every month to see what new syrups Think Coffee is coming up with. Not only is the coffee amazing, but they adjust your drink perfectly to your liking every time. And don’t even get me started on the food. Everything is 10/10. Safe to say this is my favorite coffee shop.

Menu was unique than any other coffee truck I have been to. I had to buy 3 different coffee drinks to try the variety of homemade syrups they offered. The cafe de olla with cold foam was my favorite! My husband got the carrot cake and loved it as well. I would definitely recommend Think Coffee!

What a treat!! And they are more than just coffee - I had a honey matcha with coconut water - it was the BEST I’ve ever had! Plus, the food was delicious and fresh. We had egg bites and muffins - chef’s kiss, so good! Their food is homemade and made from scratch, and you can taste the delicious difference. Plus, Maria and Ashley are super friendly, fast, and great at suggesting new items to try. Can’t wait to go back!

Delicious coffee and outstanding customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink and a staff member noticed I seemed confused, checked in with me, and graciously remade my order. Really appreciated the attention to detail and kindness which is rare nowadays. Highly recommend!

The coffee here is amazing! When I visited the first time a couple months ago, I had never heard of a coffee shop making homemade syrups. But when I took my first sip, it was one of the best coffee I have ever had. I had ordered a vanilla latte with a ham and cheese roll. The roll was very savory and is by far my most favorite pastry on the menu. 10/10 experience and would recommend.

The venerable ham and cheese croissant is my favorite breakfast food, I order one anywhere I can get it. I travel for a living and have been to 49 states, and the ham and cheese roll at Think Coffee Co is the best one I've had anywhere. I'm also a coffee snob, I make my own espresso at home. The coffee here is better than what I make. I've only found maybe 3 coffee shops nationally I would say that about. The scratch-made vanilla syrup was great too, it tasted very clean compared to most sweeteners. If I lived in SA I'd be here every morning. Be aware it is drive-through only, and a bit of an adventure to access due to road construction and a dirt lot. But like any good adventure there is treasure at the end. Can't wait to come back!
